Responsibilities:

• Provides critical and cross functional leadership focusing on effective and efficient management, implementation of customer projects and initiatives;
• Provide support to all projects, team or client related issues, including but not limited to operations, contracts, change requests, resource issues, maintain, grow and capture accounts within the territory;
• Responsible in entire business process from prospecting sales to successful closing of an account, maintain standard operating procedures and initiative to find problems, enhance sale operations through continuous improvement and benchmarking;
• Control and supervise Hong Kong and Guangzhou offices operations area;
• Monitoring and coordinate with all liaison offices, ability to manage direct and indirect costs;
• Participate in management activities such as training initiatives to ensure on going development of the workforce both HK and Southern China offices, identify and evaluate risks and impacts. Performance reviews and reward management among others;
• Work station in Hong Kong and visits Guangzhou Office on regularly basis is required;
• Oversea Travel is required occasionally.

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Logistic/Shipping/IE is required;
• 8 years+ related working experience with at least 3 years management level and experience worked with multi national corporate;
• Expert with L/C knowledge; experience in organization & build up work mechanism in preparation of electronic L/C Banking Document & I/E Document;
• Possess working experiences on global logistic industry and freight forwarder is solid;
• A team player, demonstrate influential skills, responsible, honest behavior and interact with people at all levels in an appropriate and efficient manner, maintain exceptional services and solutions;
• Proven analytical, effective planning, strong organizational skill, critical thinking, highly motivated, ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment;
• Display flexible, resourceful, passionate on work, patient and tolerant. Good command in writing and spoken of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
