Responsibilities:

• Design, set up & monitor the production lines to ensure the flow is efficient and effective
• Demonstrates strong communication skills by clearly documenting activities and presenting information, technical content and ideas through spoken and written words / listens well
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines manufacturing process flow and time standards
• Implement lean concepts in manufacturing process and administration process
• Drive for continuous improvement in manufacturing process to optimize productivity and quality excellent
• Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
• Ensure operations adhere strictly to operating procedures, maintenance program and quality and safety requirement from international quality standard
• Responsible for staff management and development. Provide coaching to subordinates - grow, develop and retain technical skills in order to meet operation needs / business growth
• Any other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 7-10 years experience in manufacturing field, experience in manufacturing engineering functions or process development / improvement
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process control in plastic and mechanical parts is a must
• Knowledge of the manufacturing techniques, processing standards and procedures for SMT or PCBA, micro switch, sensor, and motor is an advantage
• Familiar with the process of transferring design into a production environment
• Lean and Six Sigma implementation experience
• Experience in managing complex and high profile projects
• Fluent in spoken and written English, good in communication skills
• 5.5 days work
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manufacturing Engineer
