Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and requests via various channels
• Conduct outbound call activities for promoting customer support programs
• Provide quality service and support to customers
• Perform administrative tasks
• Assist in customer service activities
  

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 year’s customer service or call centre experience
• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner, customer-oriented and can work under pressure
• Proactive, independent and detail-minded
• PC literate in Word & Excel
