• Responsible for clerical duties including data input / checking, reporting making, checking and editing information, documents filing, etc
• Provide clerical support to the department
• Facilitate and support daily warehouse and inventory operations
• Conduct and arrange daily cycle count to maintain accurate inventory
• Communicate proactively with logistics team for operations and inventory control issue
• Ad hoc project as assigned
• Travel factory if needed
• Attend Hong Kong exhibitions (March, June, Sept – one of the largest in the industry and Dec)
• Travel to overseas exhibitions if needed: Beijing, Shanghai, Las Vegas etc.
