Responsibilities

• Implement and update quality policies; reinforce operating procedures and inspection specifications; and establish quality goals
• Coach, develop and lead team to understand customer requirements and take proactive actions with Six Sigma approach to drive for Zero Defect in the process
• Manage QA/QC team to implement quality assurance and inspection procedures including factory audit and sampling management
• Work closely with engineering team and identify potential risk at early stage of product development to ensure highest quality of product performance and reliability
• Review weekly quality performance, analyze customer complaints, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure Quality Assurance Procedures are performed.
• Execute quality management in PRC factory and ensure suppliers compliant with international regulatory requirements
• Control cost and efficiencies of product testing and laboratory services

 Requirements

• Degree holder majoring in Quality Management or Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 8 years experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3-4 years at managerial level.  Experience in PRC manufacturing environments or Test Lab preferred
• Excellent knowledge of worldwide toys standards (ASTM, EN71, ISO, RoHS, REACH, FDA, CPSC)
• Strong ability in communicating effectively with customers worldwide, test labs, OEM sub-contractors and vendors on quality related issues
• Familiar with factory compliance audit is essential (ICTI, Disney, Walmart, Carrefour etc.)
• Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Committed, collaborative, customer focus, thoughtful and quick in rectification
