Direct Report to: The Director of Leather&Materials

Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Work Location: Houjie, Dongguan ( Need to travel other cities or abroad )

 Main Responsibilities:

• Function as the primary contact for all Rubber related suppliers.
• Assures rubber supply base aligns to corporate goals and initiatives
• Manage the business relationships between suppliers & factories
• Identify areas to improve supply chain performance and lead efforts to decrease leadtime and cost and strengthen communication with suppliers.
• Manage the rubber tracking reports for samples and production and ensures supplier lead times and on time deliveries
• Ensures with all suppliers to meet RSL compliance and company’s standards.
• Maintain Rubber library/ Database
• Work cross functionally with different departments

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required:

• At least 15 years’ experience within rubber environment support, Rubber management
• Athletic footwear specific

Educational Level Requirement:

•          Bachelor Degree, preferably with major Rubber.

Foreign Language Requirement:

•          Fluent oral and written English and reading

 Computer Operation Requirement:

•          Conversant with MS office.
