Job Duties:

• Ensure smooth operation of the Service Centre
• Improve the quality of service repairs and maintain workshop efficiency and productivity
• Record customers’ requirement, recommend repairs & servicing and transfer instructions to workshop personnel
• Prepare estimates and issue invoices, advise and liaise with customers regarding progress of work and customer care

Requirements:

• Form 5 and with Diploma/Certificate in Motor Vehicle Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, with experience in Automobile industry is preferable
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Putonghua is essential
• Possess a valid driving license no. 1, with at least 3 years hands-on driving experience
• Good PC knowledge
• Attentive, presentable and passionate
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Service Advisor Trainee
