Job duties:

• Define and formulate brand strategies including brand positioning, awareness and development
• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance our corporate image through publicity and event management
• Lead a small team and proactively organize fundraising and public relations activities in line with HKSR’s vision and mission
• Responsible for resource development, including donors and volunteers management
• Draft and edit materials for external publication and communication, including executive speeches,  corporate collaterals, brochures and website contents for the HKSR
• Participate in cross functional teams and work closely with them to maximize outcome and performance
• Liaise, work with and enhance relationship of various stakeholders like funders, professionals, service users and colleagues
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or related disciplines
• At least 5-10 years experiences in Marketing, Corporate Communications or PR in sizeable companies and with NGO’s working experience preferred
• Strong analytical power with good communication, presentation, leadership, people and management skills
• Mature, independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Passion and dedication to serve people with disabilities and older persons
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Experience in CRM, branding, social media marketing and project management are advantages
• Outgoing personality, able to work under pressure
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays for charity events occasionally
