Job duties:

• Be involved in a dynamic and energetic team to enhance the communication strategies and develop resources for HKSR’s long term sustainability
• Responsible for Communications (internal & external), promotion campaigns, Marketing and Fundraising events, including volunteer management
• Assist in the planning and implementation of corporate events, community outreach and CSR programmes and initiatives
• Assist in corporate communications projects especially in website and social media creation and management, eDM design including including executive speeches, corporate collaterals, brochures and website contents
• Plan and execute promotion through new media and social networking sites for our services
• Liaise, work with and enhance network with various stakeholders like funders, donors, professionals, service users and colleagues.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications/ Journalism/ Marketing/ Public Relations or related disciplines
• 3 years or above related experiences in Corporate Communications, Marketing, or PR in sizeable companies and with NGO working experiences preferred
• Passion and dedication to serve persons of disabilities and the older persons  
• Fluent language proficiency and communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Experience social media marketing, CRM, and project management are advantages
• Outgoing personality, able to work under pressure
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays for charity events occasionally
• Immediately available preferred
