Yes Master! is an app-based virtual concierge which aims to provide all-rounded personal and household needs for Hong Kong residents. It comprises of value-added services like community services, marketplace, resident bulletin and social networking. Yes Master! commits to create an online platform connecting property managers, Incorporated Owners, service providers and merchants to serve every resident in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the marketing team
• Present Yes Master! as a new sales and marketing channel for various SMEs
• Provide training to the junior staff and supervise day to day team operations
• Approach potential merchants & closing the deals
• To build new businesses and maintain good relationship with existing business partners
• Response for business development and marketing functions

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in solid Retail Sales or Marketing Industry is preferred
• Excellent client relationship building
• Diploma or above
• Strong leadership, self-Motivated, result oriented and work under pressure
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience is also considered as Marketing Executive
• Immediate available is highly preferred
