The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of buying activities and to ensure a smooth operation with stores for designated brands so as to achieve turnover, gross profit and inventory target.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling buying operational process with web-based system, including data input and output
• Follow up product launch status from inbound delivery to product alive
• Support the daily buying duties regarding PO management, stock transfer, pricing management etc
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for business management
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above, in Business Administration or related field
• Familiar and passionate in Football and Sportswear market trend is preferred
• Knowledge of Taobao, T-Mall or related e-commerce platform is highly appreciated
• Good PC literacy and proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Chinese
• Good communication and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
• Strong sense in time management and with good eye for details
• Well-organized, independent, proactive and with good problem solving skills
