Job Description
As part of our Business Development team, you will make sure that our client-serving professionals have access to the right people, tools and information to help their clients meet their business needs.
This position reports to the Senior Business Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Being the primary contact for all clients providing them with adequate information about Blue Umbrella’s services, including but not limited to pricing, service levels, product differentiation, customizations and any necessary training on technologies as required
- Follow up with prospective clients and answer client queries regarding specific requirements needed for company’s’ products.
- Prepare tailor-made proposals for prospective and existing clients
o Coordinate contract process.
o Provide assistance to new clients throughout the on-boarding period

- Assist with ad hoc projects as required
- Assisting the Head of Marketing and the Senior Business Development Manager to analyze trends, formulate market plans and sales strategy to explore any business opportunities which will build our business’ revenue
- Contribute to Business Development team on process optimization
Qualifications:
The ideal applicant will
- Be a post-secondary degree holder.
- Ideally possess 2-3 years’ experience in sales, marketing or client relations.
- Be a self-starter and quick learner with demonstrated initiative, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent presentation and social skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin Chinese/ other languages is desirable.
- Experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Have a good grasp of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Social media and online advertising experience is preferred: LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Adwords, Google Analytics.
- Be a holder of HK ID with permission to work in Hong Kong
