Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial accounting, management accounting and consolidation reports for headquarter Hong Kong office, the manufacturing sites in the PRC and overseas offices.
• Supporting the management to plan for and execute the coming M&A, JV, pre-IPO projects.
• Assist the year-end audit process with external auditors and company secretarial matters.
• Generate profit and loss analysis against budget for all business operations.
• Participate in all accounting related projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Financial or related disciplines; member of HKICPA / ACCA.
• 5-7 years’ experience; preferred exposure in Electronics industry, manufacturing environment.
• Experience in pre-IPO project, knowledge on PRC accounting law is a plus.
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting, taxation, regulations.
• Hands-on style, proactive, committed, flexible with high level of integrity, professional maturity.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Putonghua.
• Good command of PC skills and MS Office applications.
• Travel occasionally to PRC, US or other foreign countries depends on project needs.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
