Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent; Higher Diploma holder with relevant experience will be considered;
• Good communication and presentation skills, independent and self-initiative;
• Experience in customer service or medical services industry would be a definite advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese);
• Strong in PC skill such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services;
• Handle daily orders, enquiries and complaints;
• Co-ordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately;
• Assist in implement marketing campaigns/promotion;
