Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation and implementation of marketing strategies for property projects
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Prepare budget and forecast for marketing campaign
• Plan and coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics
• Liaise with business associate such as advertising agencies and production house to strive for the successful sales launch.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or Real Estate
• 5 years’ working experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
• Proactive and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Marketing Officer
