Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day management and operations of the marketing team
• Formulate overall marketing communication strategies
• Develop and implement marketing / advertising campaigns to support building of brand awareness and customer value proposition
• Plan, manage and optimize the use of budget for all marketing activities,
• Responsible for planning, implementing & driving online and digital promotion strategy for the company including eDM, online banner, web design, mobile app and online ad.
• Analyze quantitative reports of marketing promotions to determine business opportunities and provide ongoing marketing strategies to management

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related disciplines
• 5 years Solid experience in Digital Marketing, Communications or PR 
• Strong skills in project management, communication and presentation
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and the ability to work effectively in a complex organizational structure to deliver projects and results together
• Highly familiar with Social Media Landscape / App / digital marketing / Web Design
• Creative, initiated, independent, able to set and meet deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
