Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding, help guide the value propositions and objectives for our products. Drafting solutions, industries and customer segments, creating marketing product strategies, campaigns and go-to-market plans. They are aligned and work closely with the relevant marketing, product, strategy & business development teams. Assist in planning Sales enablement activity, responsible for producing segment and product activity that supports revenue targets.

 

Core Accountabilities:

  • Prepare go-to-market strategy/briefings for new solutions (including objectives, value propositions and recommendations with regard to channel/approach), partnering with product owners/product development and business development to validate market needs
  • Establish launch and promotion schedules and activities with stakeholders, ensuring a timely execution of campaign management
  • Produce sales enablement toolkits, including playbooks and briefing sessions.
  • Produce sales enablement activities such as training and accreditation support, account migration program support and coordination of account readiness.
  • Coordinate research for and delivery of compelling customer value propositions to meet customer needs in collaboration with relevant marketing and product managers
  • Support the process to develop new solution campaign targets with segment managers based on business case guidelines
  • Campaign planning and managementdevelop and manage all marketing communications across multiple channels, including marketing automation campaigns, social media, supporting collateral
  • Create and manage campaign briefing sessions, liaising with product teams to coordinate and sign off
  • Coordinate with relevant marketing and agency stakeholders to implement activities set out within marketing campaign plans
  • Track results and communicate campaign activity and results with the business

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualified in business or marketing
  • Solid experience (6 years+) of general marketing and/or marketing communications; experience with marketing automation tools is preferred
  • GoTo Market or product management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing communications and operational marketing
  • Proven success in campaign planning, analysis and reporting
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with a willingness to contribute to team success
  • Possesses strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
