Responsibilities:

• Help conceptualize, plan, execute and analyse PR and marketing events and initiatives. Includes sourcing the details of promotional mechanics, set budgets and secure buy-in and management approval.
•  Monitor and drive revenue at our restaurants, providing feedback and support to the restaurant team as needed.
• Regularly monitor, analyse and report on business data, and competitor activities.
• Source local, Chinese and English press & advertising opportunities; including maintaining great press relations, ad placements and writing press releases.
•  Drive and manage the production of marketing materials, including coordinating with various vendors, collaborative partners, departments or outlets for A & P initiatives.
• Contribute to Social Media initiatives and campaigns
• Assist to generate sales leads, make sales calls and write proposals; including active follow-ups, issuance of quotations and processing of invoices.
• Provide assistance for brand and marketing related activities to our global markets.
• Performing Chinese and English Copy Writer and Editor duties for company and product documents
• Responsible for ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

•   2+ years of experiences in Marketing, Exhibition Management, Event Planning or Public Relations
•  Excellent oral and written English and Chinese is a must
•  Strong planning, project management and organization skills
•  A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Has a love and knowledge for cafes, coffee shops, food and beverage
• Able to be flexible and work under pressure
• 5.5 day work week
