Job Description

The Rewards Associate will support part of our panel incentives activities. In association with the Head of Global Rewards, the Rewards Associate will work in a Global team and be in charge of the following key areas related to incentives. The mission of the Rewards Associate is to ensure that these areas are managed on a daily basis; that ongoing improvement is considered at all times and that automations, when possible, are implemented.


Roles/ Responsibilities

Rewards fulfilment process

  • Organize the fulfilment of reward redemptions (physical vouchers, e-vouchers, virtual payment) in a number of APAC online research panel communities
  • Deal with any issues and challenges related to manual rewards fulfilment; Work closely with the Member Services team and any third party vendors

Incentive ticketing system & points allocation

  • Manage the manual incentives requests via the Incentive ticketing system. Review each ticket and run the points’ allocation process, including system dashboard monitoring
  • Establish good relationship with all users of the ticketing system, including the Member Services team (customer service), the Client Services team (project managers) and any other users

Prize draw process

  • Organize with care and precision each prize draw and fulfil prizes to respective winners, following guidelines and processes, on a country by country basis
  • Support the implementation of new prize draw campaigns as required

 

Rewards program management

  • Regular redemption records review and fraud detection for global online panels
  • Work collectively with Global Rewards team members on optimising our worldwide panel rewards programs as well as involvement in KPI reporting of the team
  • Support global projects and initiatives as directed by the Head of Global Rewards

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ working experience
  • Minimum education level of University degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin language skills would be a bonus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (general usage, vlookup, pivot table and charting)
  • Attentive to details; Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to deal effectively with many different cultures and nationalities
  • Interest in data and analytics; website management experience would be an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred 

Additional Qualifications:

  •          An Asian language would be a real plus (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malay, Indonesian)
