Responsibilities:

• Assist Director in overseeing development of the Foundation including all fundraising initiatives, brand building, service program deliverables and operations.
• Raise Foundation’s brand through various strategic brand building initiatives, publicity campaigns, multi-platform communications channels and various forms of events.
• Develop new fundraising initiatives and activities to generate government, corporate and public funding and donations.
• Develop and prepare proposals and grant applications; complies with all grant reporting as required by Foundation, School and donors.
• Tactically handle donor engagement, build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relations.
• Compile statistic data, reports for grants/funds and editorial inputs for public and community relations.

• Develop, execute and monitor new and existing service/program offerings to enhance number and satisfaction of beneficiaries.

• Work with the team to generate marketing and communications materials for the Foundation and its projects including booth/promotional counter, testimonials, feature articles, PowerPoint, brochures, posters, donation form, eDMs, website and Facebook, etc.

• Support different Task Force initiatives.

• Supervise subordinates to achieve Foundation’s mission and goals.

• Ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• University Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Possess at least 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in the role of similar capacity or sales & marketing of community services industry.
• Experienced in developing fundraising proposals and activities and track record of fund/donation achievements.
• Familiar with Government, NGOs and Schools settings and established relations with potential donors will definitely be an advantage.
• Strong in interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and project management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
• Good leader and yet team player, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility with can-do attitude.
• Creative, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, able to work multi-task, under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing and advance PowerPoint skill is necessary; knowledge in graphic design tools e.g. AI, Photoshop will be helpful.
• Immediate available is preferred but not a must.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Development Manager.
