We are a renowned company for branded consumer electronics, household appliances and smartphone. To cope with our expansion of Hong Kong operation, we are inviting suitable candidate to join our marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate reports and follow up shipment bookings with overseas offices and all customers/stakeholders in an efficient and effective way
• Confirm information for order processing. E.g. selling rate, shipping company preference, shipping schedule, payment terms, shipment ready date and consolidation, etc.
• Provide general administrative support and update information on systems/files. E.g. shipment details, working manual, account management list and vendor list, etc. upon receipt of updated information
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide back-up support to teammates

Requirements: 

• University degree in business related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in marketing
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Very aggressive, independent and result-oriented in character and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Will to travel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
