Major Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of Customer Service in Hong Kong and ensure meeting of performance targets in terms of service quality, efficiency and productivity
• Ensure delivery of service to customers according to agreed service quality
• Set up and handle 24 hours customer service among different countries, such as Indonesia, Japan, Europe, USA
• Coordinate with other departments for new business development and on-going business support
• Ensure documentation of all assistance requests with forms and systems of the company to ensure continuity and consistency of service delivery
• Provide support on complex issues, resolve complaints and demonstrate superb customer service skills
• Assist with quality assurance by providing feedback through observation
• Communicate with different departments on operational issues, study areas for improvement or development
• Regular completion of activity reports, review standard operating procedures with proper documentation
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required by company

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 2 year's working experience in trading and manufacturing industry
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Attention to details, pro-active, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
