YOU WILL FIND

The jobholder is responsible to initiate promotion activities and work independently with internal departments for a smooth and effective promotion, which will help bring traffic and enhance exciting consumer touchpoints. The jobholder will

• Plan and organize instore promotion, joint-promotions & activities with marketing support
• Identify and negotiate with external parties, shopping mall for effective promotion cooperation
• Responsible for CRM promotion with category growth
• Prepare CRM report, monitor KPI and provide insight of CRM
• Monitor competitors’ promotions to formulate effective recommendation for the brand
• Work well with printing house/ external vendors for mailers, brochures and POP at store

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
a motivated talent, who brings along the following background: 

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CRM
• Good in communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player, Independent, disciplined and highly organized work approach
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
• Knowledge in Photoshop and illustrator
