Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to sales & service promotion activities
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Handle customers enquires and follow-up
- Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
- Some experience dealing with customers prior is an advantage
- Process customer transactions, confirm order details and manage payment gateway in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in ad hoc projects if required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years of experience either in a frontline/back office liaison with customers on a daily basis
- Ability to work under pressure and self confidence
- Proficient in MS Office
- Customer oriented with excellent telephone manner and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
- Initiative, customer oriented, cheerful and “Happiness” person
*Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Services Assistant
