Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales & service promotion activities
• Ensure high levels of customer service
• Handle customers enquires and follow-up
• Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
• Some experience dealing with customers prior is an advantage
• Process customer transactions, confirm order details and manage payment gateway in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in ad hoc projects if required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years of experience either in a frontline/back office liaison with customers on a daily basis
• Ability to work under pressure and self confidence
• Proficient in MS Office
• Customer oriented with excellent telephone manner and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in written English and Chinese
• Initiative, customer oriented, cheerful and “Happiness” person

*Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Services Assistant
