Key Responsibilities

Assist and report to our Director of Sales on the following day to day matters:

• B2C
• Assist in consistently generating and gain  UPC Membership sales and elevate service levels
• Engage in opportunities that help positively impact Member experience
• Maintain and develop existing client/(UHNW) Member relations
• Model and promote UPC’s concept and mission through appropriate appearance, words and actions

• B2B
• Generate strategic proposals on potential B2B collaboration
• Build a network of contacts in the Lifestyle industry through prospecting and referrals
• Maintain and develop existing and prospective client/ (UINW) Member relations
• Maintain and develop existing and potential Service Provider relations
  
  
  

Requirements

• MUST have a minimum of 2 years or above working experience in the following departments/industries: Hospitality, Marketing, PR, Business Development, Communications
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in either of the following areas: Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality
• MUST be excellent in spoken and written Chinese and English, Proficient in Mandarin is required,  fluent in Japanese is preferred
• MUST be a team player, positive mindset and self-starter
• Detail and results oriented
• Presentable outlook  
• Able to work flexible hours
• Possess strong communication and social skills
• Able to work and perform in a fast paced environment
• Extensive patience in dealing with High Net Worth Individuals and Corporate Clients alike
