Call Centre Representative include (Based in North Point):

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and servicing all customers through the customer service hotline
• Communicating with tourists from multiple countries over the phone
• Handling customer complaints and product enquiries
• Basic computer skills required
• Shift duty required, potentially including overnight shift

Requirements:

• No experience required
• Considering both High School and University Graduates
• Language skills must include excellent levels of written and spoken English and Putonghua; additional languages are beneficial
• Basic computer skills required
• Looking for candidates who are able to communicate over the phone clearly and are enthusiastic
