Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving annual revenue target
• Manage device implant, follow-ups and trouble shootings.
• Work with sales team to promote the company's product through product demonstration and trial surgery
• Serve existing and new customers by providing technical support during implants and follow-ups.
• Facilitate technology adoption for key customers
• Support sales team’s account strategies through regular contact with key customers.
• Assist sales team in gathering market intelligence on customers and competitor activity and communicate to sales team to ensure they can provide timely reactions to market change
• Assist sales team in event trade-shows, seminars and training sessions.
• Data collection on clinical studies.
• Work with sales team to accomplish proper inventory control and logistic issue
• Prepare quotation, tender and other paper work for customer(s) 
• Degree holder in Biomedical, Biology, Bio Engineering, or related subject with 1-2 years working experience in the medical field
• Confident to meet and handle customers directly
• Detail minded and responsible
