Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the PD Specialist will

• Provide clinical educational support to our customers, client training and sales support
• Work for the advancement of clinical practice and be involved in patient home visits
• Co-ordinate with different departments to provide patient training and after-sales service to our customers
• Gather timely feedback from the market for management review
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners and patients

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse of Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a current Practicing Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the nephrology dialysis experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) strongly preferred
• With Renal Certificate is a plus
• Energetic, mature, hard working, self-motivated and independent, strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Project management skills with good time management and the ability to manage timelines
• Good team player, strong desire to succeed, result-oriented
• A proven ability to interact in a positive, proactive, customer-service manner with internal and external customers
• Strong understanding of dialysis products and therapies
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Enrolled Nurse (experience in Peritoneal Dialysis preferred) will be considered for the post of PD Specialist
