Program

• An extensive training of industry knowledge and technical skills by job rotation in different teams is provided;
• Experienced team members will be the mentors to support your learning;
• Review meetings with the management will be held to share the experience;
• Successful candidates will be assigned to station in the group's PRC factories for 3-month training on weekly basis.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines;
• No experience required;
• Strong desire and enthusiasm to develop a successful career in garment merchandising;
• Good command of English and Mandarin;
• Mature, proactive, energetic, flexible, positive thinking and willing to take challenge;
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills;
• Be able to travel to PRC on an irregular basis.
