Key Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to lead and manage a newly created team
• Manage and develop the teams ensuring cohesive processes and a common goal through clear communication channels.
• Lead, develop and motivate direct reports ensuring continuous improvement through regular team sessions.
• Ensure all team members are regularly apprised, and have clear career and individual development plans.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure that service levels and customer focus meet agreed Company standards
• Manage all selected partner couriers through regular performance reviews

Requirements:

• Requiring at least 5 - 8 years of people management experience with proven track record in a customer service role
• Proven track record in managing a customer services function on serving high valued customers
• Experience working in a hospitality/people oriented business is essential
• Possess great people management, presentation and interpersonal skills and self-motivated are highly essential attributes
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications
• Fluency in English & Cantonese is a must
