Responsibilities

• Handle the daily correspondences and follow up the customer’s enquiries timely
• Coordinate closely with PRC factories and other departments to ensure the smooth process from placing orders to shipment
• Support the sales team in liaising with the customers and PRC factories
• Monitor the production is progress and QC inspection
• Develop sales network and maintain good relationships with the customers
• Support marketing role such as website update, direct email marketing, prepare and attend the trade fairs and exhibitions, etc.

Qualification & Requirements

• F.5 or above
• 3-5 years relevant experience in coordinating overseas customers and follow up sales orders
• With solid experience in merchandizing of sundries items or possess product knowledge of packaging products such as boxes for jewellery, watch, cosmetics, food or accessories items preferable
• Aggressive, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-initiative, sales-oriented and customer-focused
• Willing to learn
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Travel to PRC factories regularly
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
• Immediate available
