Report to:        Commercial Director

Location:          Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

 Main Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and analyze:
• Company Sales performance by channels, customers and products;
• Company's distributors sales performance and inventory;
  

• Liaise with the purchasing & logistics team to build an effective and accurate purchasing planning by product balancing :
• Company sales performance & Company's distributors sales performance
• Company and Company 's distributors inventories
• Production lead time
• Others factors which could affect the final customers delivery;

• Notify and keep the Sales Team updated on the products delivery timelines

• Assist other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Commercial Director
  

Requirements – Skills and abilities

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in fast-paced business environment, preferably in FMCG and consumers goods
  
• Degree with a major in either engineering, statistics, economics, supply chain & logistics or other relevant qualifications
  
• Ability to manage high volumes of data
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills with internal and external parties
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel is MUST - experience with SAP is a strong advantage
• Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
