Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the retail team and monitor the operations to ensure an efficient and integrated support to retail chain shops.
• Regular shop visits, closely monitor the retail store operations and react responsively
• Analyze and monitor sales trend for market development and sales expansion purpose
• Monitor inventory movement and record in and out record of warehouse
• Prepare operation, sales and daily stock report
• Monitor customer feedback with focus on customer business objectives
• Oversee and monitor the shop display, stock control, stock administration etc.
• Review and enhance the customer loyalty program
• Acquire service providers to deliver high service standard to our customers.
• Ac hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

• Tertiary or university degree in business disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in which 3 years at supervisory level in retail industry
• Prior experience working with sales teams is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and work in a fast changing business environment
• Excellent communication with all levels
• Knowledge in CRM/EMS system preferred
• Strong business sense, analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Cheerful character, detail-minded, flexible-minded and strong team spirit
