• Min. 5 years merchandising experience
• Strong in Leather Handbags and familiar in US market
• Familiar in handling all requirements such as lab testing or any special documentation, required by US customer like Macy’s.
• Strong Skills in Product Development and Production Follow-up
• Sound knowledge to work independently on sourcing and project development
• Able to Work Independently with Factories and US 
• Fluent in Written and Spoken English & Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in PC Software Application
• Occasional travel to China
