Responsibilities :

• Supervise the Merchandising Team in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Work with design and technical team to meet customers' requirements
• Conduct Market research and identify product and market trend for customers
• Manage the Product Development and Production to meet customers’ requirements and compliance standards
• Perform other ad hoc duties

 Requirements :

• At least 8 years of solid merchandising experience in lingerie / intimates products.
• Solid Experienced in Product Development - sample development, market intelligence research & presentation to customer.
• Relevant experience and exposure in USA / EU market with good vendor network
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Communication in written and Oral English is crucial
• A hands-on manager with excellent project supervision skills
• Strong communicator to liaise multiple parties to meet tight deadline
• Willing to work under pressure
