Responsibilities

• Develop print fabric and some other special finishing in cooperation with developer
• Cost negotiation over print screen/roller
• On time color approval and ensure color matching among different qualities
• Work closely with the production team for the time and action of color approval and handle bulk dye lots approval
• Provide color comments to the mills after review
• Analyze potential or existing problems on fabric print with the mill or print house and/or provide  alternative solutions to all related parties
• Daily communication with development teams (Europe/Japan/US), mills, suppliers and factories

Requirements

• Diploma in Textile/Clothing studies is preferable
• Minimum 3 years in sports apparel industry of  both woven and knitted
• Experienced in working with fabric mills and garment suppliers
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Trip to Japan, China mainland, Taiwan, Asian and off-shore countries is required
• Japanese Speaking will be an advantage
