Responsibilities: 

• Manage materials procurement and liaise with suppliers sticking to project schedule;
• Undertake administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing, shipping doc, etc;
• Overview and control delivery progress;
• Coordinate all shipping from China factory warehouse, Hong Kong office warehouse to local and international customers
• Report all issues and matters to the Project Manager.
• Assist in New Project Introduction (NPI) including pro-forma invoice, sales order and sales report etc;

Requirements:

• F.7 or above is preferable;
• At least 3 years solid experience with relevant working experience in purchasing and shipping;
• Familiar with spoken & written English & Mandarin;
• Proficiency in PC operations & MS application;
• Team work, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Travel to PRC liaising with suppliers when necessary;
• Flexible, proactive and open to changes.
• Immediate available is preferred
