Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and driven Manager, APAC Dealer Management to join our dynamic sales team to participate in our rapid growth.


Responsibilities

Strategies and Business Plan

  • Conduct market research to identify the right markets in the region for Lamex products;
  • Monitor market dynamics continuously and identify significant unexploited market opportunities;
  • Develop and execute APAC strategies and Business Plan;
  • Recommend product and program enhancements to improve Lamex’s competitive position in the region.

 Dealer Identification

  • Define success profile of the dealers;
  • Develop dealer requirements;
  • Identify the right dealers at the target markets.

 Dealer Development

  • Train dealers on product, pricing and programs, and work as a business partner/consultant to increase the Company’s sales volume;
  • Actively promote Lamex’s products/programs to dealers via a predominately remove delivery model (phone, e-mail, web tools, etc.) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
  • Educate dealers on updates/introductions to product, price and programs.

 Dealer Management

  • Increase sales of dealers by selling the benefits of Lamex over the competition;
  • Applies knowledge of the Lamex's products, programs and policies to increase sales through current and potential dealers;
  • Build and maintain long-term trusted relationship with the dealers;
  • Understand and satisfy the business needs of the dealers;
  • Develop and monitor KPIs of the dealers;
  • Drive & execute projects to meet the customer needs through the dealers;
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from dealers/customers and resolve issues.

 Team Management and Admin

  • Coach team members and develop their capabilities;
  • Complete and submit sales reports in a timely manner.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills
  • Experience in the furniture industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in the APAC market is preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years dealer management experience
