Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up orders independently
• Perform data entry and document preparation for order related issue
• Keep track of the production status with factories to ensure on-time delivery
• Work with vendors and internal teams to figure out corrective action and minimize impact if any production issue
• Manage MA and inventory planning of vendors to ensure material availability and control liability
• Review customer manual to ensure production/ shipment meets with customer requirements
• Arrange sample delivery according to customer request

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or equivalent
• At least 5 years solid experience in Toys industry for market in USA or EEC
• Good experience in working with major retailers and familiar with their requirements
• Demonstrate high sense of initiative, hardworking and responsibility
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
