Responsibilities:
- Assist Department Manager to establish and implement product procurement strategy;
- Responsible for Global sourcing and merchandising processes for the FMCG products 
(Beverages, Alcoholic, Dairy Product);
- Select and develop potential suppliers to widen the supply base;
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management;
- Prepare and analyze various reports regularly;
- Analyze supplier performance on price and delivery;
- PO Transaction and follow up orders and keep track of the status with suppliers and 
shipping company;
- Occasionally travel to PRC is required.

Requirements:
- University graduate or above;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in FMCG / Retail / Trading Company;
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; 
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Word Processing);
- Knowledge in China importation documents (Food & Beverages Industry);
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated, strong problem solving skills, well organized 
and can work under pressure;
- Ability to work under pressure with proactive attitudes;
- Strong communication, negotiation and organization skills with attention to details; 
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Buyer.
