Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of routine company secretarial services to the Group’s subsidiaries
• Assist in handling listed matters relating to compliance works and preparing board/committee meetings and general meetings notices and papers
• Maintain and update statutory records for the Group
• Maintain proper filing systems, records and database for the department
• Report to the Senior Company Secretarial Manager

Requirements:

• Associate member of ICSA/HKICS
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience of which 1 year with listed companies
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in CSA will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to work with minimum supervision and accomplish tasks under tight schedules
