Jobs Duties:

• To handle trade mark, design patent and patent application and documents
• To follow up and update the Intellectual Property applications and portfolios
• To respond to office actions raised by the Intellectual Property Offices
• To communicate with local and international agents and internal staffs in Intellectual Property Department
• To answer various inquiries on patent, trademark and design related matters
• To manage patent and trademark applications filed worldwide
  
  
  

 Requirements:

• With Bachelor Degree in law related disciplines is highly preferable
• Relevant experience gained in law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in trademark and patent handling is highly preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detailed mind, meticulous, well organized, good communication skills and can work under pressure
• Hard working and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive and able to meet deadlines
