Job Duties:

• Reviewing, drafting and advicing legal documents;
• Conducting  legal research;
• Liaising with external advisors and service providers to advise and act on legal matters;
• Translating legal documents;
• Assisting in some legal projects

 Requirements

• LLB Degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience in an International Law firm or financial industry is an definite advantage, especially in Corporate/Funds/IPOteams
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is preferred;
• Able to read and type simplified Chines is preferred;
• Good command in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• PRC students will also be considerated
