Job Description
Job requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage
- Diploma, fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experience but less academic qualification will also be considered
- Detail oriented
- High proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills
- Familiar with PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Chinese input
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work as part of a team
- An understanding of supply chain security is a plus
Job Duties:
- Handle telephone and email inquiries from customers and suppliers
- Process audit requests efficiently in systems
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for audit scheduling and payment collection
- Perform data analysis
- Assist in ad hoc tasks
