Job requirements:

• 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage
• Diploma, fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experience but less academic qualification will also be considered
• Detail oriented
• High proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills
• Familiar with PC operations including MS Word, Excel and Chinese input
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work as part of a team
• An understanding of supply chain security is a plus
  
  

Job Duties:

• Handle telephone and email inquiries from customers and suppliers
• Process audit requests efficiently in systems
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for audit scheduling and payment collection
• Perform data analysis
• Assist in ad hoc tasks
