Responsibilities:-

• To identify and propose potential new site for our business;
• To assist in rent market analysis and rental forecasting;
• To responsible for leasing and tenancy administration task, including but not limited to tenancy documentation preparation, site inspection, fitting-out and renovation works;
• To keep track, coordinate and monitor leasing related works including renewal/expiry of contracts
• To maintain the good relationship with landlords & property management;
• To liaise with Business Unit and Renovation Team for new shop handover, current shop renewal and closing;
• To assist in any ad-hoc duties when required.

Job requirements:-

• Degree holder in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years working experience in retail store leasing or property management;
• Experience with Hong Kong developers and leasing ordinance is a must;
• Knowledge of Hong Kong retail market and site evaluation;
• Good understanding of retail operations;
• Customer-oriented, excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Multi-tasking and capable to work under pressure;
• Proactive attitude and strong business & analytical senses;
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
