Responsibilities:

-  Responsible for all technical and building services matters in residential premise

-  Liaise with contractors on technical matters

-  Lead the technical team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance

- Draft tender document, analyses, follow up and report completion of those works/projects under monitoring of the Maintenance Section

-  To prepare and control technical budget

-   Work Location: Tseung Kwan O

Requirements:

-   Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Building Services/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

-  At least 3 years’ relevant working experience

-  Obtain Occupational Safety and Health Certificate is preferable

-  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

-  Candidates with less experience/qualification will be considered for the post of Assistant Maintenance Officer
