Responsibilities:

• HK, the PRC & overseas property valuation works including market research, data analysis and report preparation
• IPO, circular, PPA and M&A cases helper; and
• Works with our professional team members including MHKIS, MRICS, CFA & CPA
• Required to perform valuation tasks on an individual basis and to report to Managers
• Required to travel frequently to China and overseas

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Surveying / Real Estate or related studies.
• Two years plus relevant experience
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fluent Mandarin will be a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Valuer

Salary: Negotiate
