Job Description:

• Promote all our services to investors and landlords who require assistance with handovers, buy-to-let and bespoke furnishing solutions, tenant sourcing and on going management of London residential properties.
• Assist in growing the business by sourcing and developing long-term strong relationships with landlords who own property in London.
• Client management - responsible for job follow up to ensure the clients are happy with the services they receive on an ongoing basis.
• Assist our team to expand and explore the business opportunities in HK & China.

Requirements

• Degree Holder
• Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, well – organized and self motivated with good presentation and client management skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Geographic knowledge or experience of London
• Real Estate experience is an advantage but not essential 
• Comfortable and confident, good at networking

This position is perfect for a candidate that enjoys meeting people and building relationships. The right candidate will be a team player and work well with both our London based and Hong Kong teams.   

Occasionally there will be need to work a few days on the weekend, when assisting with property exhibitions and hosting seminar events.

We offer a 5 days a work week, salary + attractive commission for successfully signed clients, 15 days annual leave. No EAA license is required as we exclusive focus on UK property only.
