Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect payment, premium and deposit from clients / distributors / agents
• Issuing receipts to related parties such as distributors / agents / clients
• Answering inquiries and maintaining files and records in collection offices
• Ensure payments being properly authorized and receipts being promptly banked
• Answer enquiries related to matters on premium collections, policies settlements and agency commission payments
• Participate in ad hoc studies and projects

 

Requirements:

• F.5 standard and 2 years cashier, payment and/or premium collection experience preferred
• High customer service standard and sense of courtesy
• Good spoken English and Mandarin is preferred
• Efficient, accurate and detail-minded
• Shift duty is required and be able to work overtime when necessary
• Candidates with Accounting background will be consider as Executive
