Job Description

 

This position will help implement Heifer HK’s fundraising programs and events.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute donor care/ servicing for existing one-off and monthly donors, including but not limited to sending welcome letters, inputting data, handling enquiries, preparing receipts and coordinating donor-initiated fundraising initiatives

  • Assist in developing and executing donor communications programs including tele-communications, appeal, e-dm and other digital platforms

  • Provide support in organizing annual fundraising events including production of marketing materials, volunteer recruitment and coordination, and administrative and logistical support.

  • Assist in cultivating new funding sources such as help to explore potential corporate supporters and provide logistical and administrative support in corporate fundraising

  • Work on database including updating supporter list, input and draw data, etc.

  • Assist in ad hoc projects and general fundraising and marketing matters

 

 

Job Requirement:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years hands-on working experiences

  • Experience in non-profit organization is a plus

  • Must be well-organized, detailed-oriented and able to multitask

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office including Chinese word processing, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Able to work independently, autonomously, proactively and a good team player

  • Immediately available preferable
